You have created a beautiful survey, and all that's left now is just for you to send it out and start collecting results.
But how do you send out your survey on Super Simple Survey?
Let's start by signing in to your account.
Then, once you're logged in and on your Dashboard, click on Share behind the survey you want to send out.
Now, if we navigate to the third tab in the menu on the left, we will arrive at our settings page for sending out emails.
On that page you will see we have marked a 1, 2, and 3 to make it even simpler for you.
Lastly, you will see two options to send your survey out. The first option will give you the option to send a preview to yourself or someone else. If you click on Send Preview, you will receive a pop-up in which you can input up to 5 email addresses to which you want to send previews. Once you've done that, just click Send.
The From Name shows your recipients who send out the survey, and the Reply-to email address is the address they will see as the sender of the email. Also, if people respond to the invitation you sent out, you will receive these message on the email address you have filled as your Reply-to-email address.
In the second step you create your email: first your seducing subject, then your magnificent message.
The last step allows you to list all your intended recipients. You can either do this manually one-by-one, or you can upload a csv file to simply upload all email addresses in one go.
The second option is to send out your survey for real, and the way you set it up in the previous steps.
And that's it.
No, wait, one more thing. If you go back to your Dashboard Home and then click on Report, you can find a tab on the left called Email send. It'll show you an elaborate overview of your dispatch data: how many recipients opened/started/completed your survey, when exactly did they do that, and even what kind of device they've been coming from. Just another free feature.
